NAZI PROPAGANDA FOR THE ARAB WORLD

Jeffrey Herf, Professor of History at the University of Maryland, has published extensively on Germany during the Weimar Republic, the Nazi period and the Holocaust, and the Cold War. In November 2009, Yale University Press published his book, Nazi Propaganda for the Arab World. 

In this lecture, Professor Herf will examine the Third Reich's efforts to target Arabs and Muslims in the Middle East with Nazi ideology during the course of World War II and the Holocaust.
